space to think.
structure to reset.
clarity to move forward.
a burnout prevention programme exploring
the art of the deliberate pause . . .
five days of professional development in Seoul,
for a small group of women who lead.
october 20 - 24 2026 cohort, accepting expressions of interest.
-
an immersive five day programme, for women who lead, to prevent burnout before it starts. mornings engage the mind — ritual, frameworks, discussion, reflective practice; afternoons open into the city and into rest. its method is the deliberate pause: taken on purpose, before you need it, as a discipline to be learned rather than a luxury to be earned.
prevention, not repair.
-
women who hold a great deal together, do it well, and rarely stop long enough to think. you don't need to be in crisis to belong here. the point is to arrive well before that — while stepping back is still a choice, not a necessity.
-
most unwinding asks you to switch off. this intensive asks you to engage — then genuinely rest. mornings bring the kind of rigour your work runs on; afternoons open into Seoul and into real restoration. and the room stays deliberately small — six to eight women who lead, no more — because who sits beside you is part of what you came for.
-
each cohort is small and taken one at a time, so places are limited. you begin with an expression of interest and a conversation — no booking, no obligation, just a chance for us both to be sure it's the right fit. from there, we'll take you through everything.
why
pause
. . .
you rarely stop . . . you push through, absorb more, hold it together
the cracks don't show at first
and by the time they do, the fix costs more than the pause would have
a deliberate pause . . . taken early, by choice, before anything breaks
it’s the disciplined practice . . . that protects everything you've built
that's what these five days of immersion are for
